Terms and Conditions for Eden Photobooths:
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure our photobooth services for your event date.
The remaining 70% of the total fee is due two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Full payment is non-refundable if booked within seven (7) days of the event and must be received within 48 hours of booking.
An additional charge of $200 per hour will apply for on-the-day requests for extended service hours. Requests for additional hours made prior to the event will be charged at $150 per hour.
Agreement to these Terms & Conditions is confirmed upon payment of the 30% deposit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within one week of the event, the full payment is still required.
Refunds may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen environmental factors, determined at the discretion of Eden Photobooths.
Delivery, Setup & Bump-Out:
Delivery, set up, and bump-out within the Gold Coast Metro area are complimentary and occur outside the rental period.
Eden Photobooths will arrive 40 – 60 minutes before the agreed time. If setup delays occur due to our fault, the hire period will be extended accordingly.
Delays in setup caused by venue restrictions or event overruns will not affect the agreed hire end time.
Access and Space Requirements:
Access to the venue must be smooth without stairs, or assistance must be provided.
Adequate space with a footprint of 1.2x2.4m is required for the photobooth, and the area must be undercover. Ensure access to power within 2 meters from the setup location.
Health & Safety:
Eden Photobooths prioritizes safety and reserves the right to shut down and leave the venue if abusive or aggressive behavior jeopardizes guests or staff.
The booth attendant may refuse service or stop usage if misuse is observed. Food and drinks are prohibited inside the photo booths.
Damage:
The Hirer is responsible for any damage caused by their guests to Eden Photobooths equipment. Repair or replacement charges for damaged parts will be incurred by the Hirer.
Booth attendants have the authority to refuse service or halt usage to prevent damage.
Online Gallery and Indemnification:
The online gallery will be available for 12 months, and clients are responsible for timely photo downloads.
Eden Photobooths is not liable for guest injuries or mishaps while using the photobooth.
The company is not responsible for venue equipment failure, natural disasters, or other accidents causing service disruption.
Use of Photos for Promotional Purposes:
By engaging Eden Photobooths' services, the client grants permission for the use of event photos for promotional and marketing purposes. It is the clients responsibility to inform guests of this permission.
Any specific requests regarding privacy or limitations on photo use must be communicated in writing before the event.
Photo Content:
Eden Photobooths reserves the right to delete any graphic or inappropriate photos taken during the event. Clients can request the removal of specific photos, provided the request is made within seven days of receiving the photo gallery.
Travel Fee, Public Holiday Surcharge, Parking:
Travel fees may apply based on the event location.
A 10% surcharge will be applied for events on public holidays.
Adequate parking facilities and reasonable access for loading/unloading are required.
Access, Space & Power Requirements:
The client must provide the correct venue address and ensure suitable parking, access, and space for setup and pack-down.
A mains electricity supply within the designated space is required.
Clients are responsible for any venue-imposed charges such as parking and electricity.
Event Delays:
If Eden Photobooths is delayed due to poor access or venue restrictions, the agreed time period remains unchanged.
Late starts or overruns at the event will not extend the agreed hire period unless additional hours are arranged for an extra charge
Technical Issues:
While every effort will be made to ensure smooth operation, Eden Photobooths is not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
In the rare event of equipment failure; if ‘downtime’ is 30mins or less, a 30 minute extension will be added to the the hire free of charge, if downtime exceeds 30 minutes, a partial refund may be considered.
Adequate print media will be provided for your activation however if downtime of the booth is required by our team the minutes will be added to your booking or refunded.
Booth Attendant + Meals:
A meal is genuinely appreciated for our booth attendant.
By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Eden Photobooths.
